Review: The Innovative Power Duo by AnteAge MD
How to age gracefully? A question Googled this year more than any other, ageing gracefully is a very subjective thing.
Worth an estimated £560 million, the skincare industry and its scientifically formulated products have never been as in demand as they are today, and as consumers, we’re investing an increasing amount of money on anti-ageing products.

What is AnteAGE® MD?
I came across AnteAGE® MD when I was shopping online at my usual beauty skincare clinic, Medifine Aesthetics. I hadn’t heard of the product before but after doing a little research, requested a sample.
As a journalist and editor, I’ve become quite wary of reviewing new beauty products. I’ve received a fair few which have had some truly horrendous side effects on my skin causing breakouts and rashes, inflaming my already sensitive skin. Needless to say, I did not recommend the product.
So when reading about AnteAGE® MD and its directors, I was interested to explore the product they’ve formulated, having dubbed AnteAGE® ‘regenerative medicine’ for the skin.
The company has been around for 10 years in the United States, founded in Irvine California, and is currently sold in 35 countries around the world. AnteAGE® are at the forefront of bottled growth factor technology, using the latest tech and sourcing to create their products. Impressive.
AnteAge focuses on anti-inflammatory properties, crucial for wound healing and skin regeneration. Specifically, when tackling 'Inflamm-ageing', a chronic low-grade inflammation that develops as we age. AnteAGE® MD is clearly a vital addition to my skincare regime.
AnteAGE® MD has pioneered the science of reactivating the skin's natural regenerative properties by utilizing Cytosignals that mimic our body’s own growth factors to restore youthful skin.
In Layman’s terms, AnteAGE® scientists have replicated our body’s natural ability to regenerate, regaining the skin’s ability to behave youthfully, as it once did.
Among AnteAGE®’s arsenal of products is a dynamic duo, the Serum and Accelerator. Together, both serum and cream provide a complete mix of bio-identical growth factors along with powerful ingredients such as Vitamin B3, Antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Bakuchiol (a retinol alternative) plus much more, tackling dry skin, pigmentation i.e blemishes, scars, and rosacea, and balancing sensitive skin.
My conclusion
It is important to note that I am now 31, a non-smoker, and privy to only the occasional glass of wine so I didn’t feel it necessary to start buying anti-ageing products just yet. Boy was I wrong.
Small changes seem to have crept up on me: slightly puffier eyes, blemishes that won’t disappear, fine lines appearing when I raise my eyebrows, ever-increasing pore size, and just a general lackluster of the skin. I need makeup and clever application methods to largely conceal these concerns.
After having used the duo serum and accelerator for a good five weeks, I noticed an immediate change. My skin cleared up quite quickly, I no longer had spots in arbitrary places, my blemishes dulled (this was the change that took the longest time to become apparent, so be patient) and the scars I had on my face from picking my skin for so many years had toned down and gradually become lighter.
After 3 weeks, I observed a marked increase in fullness and glow to my skin that I had not had before as seen in the before and after images above.
I did notice that after the product had dried on my face, it tended to flake off if I touched my skin or rubbed against it.
This is why I would recommend careful application of makeup on top of the product in the morning if you need to go to work, run errands, etc. Try to avoid wearing makeup altogether after application if at all possible.
Apply twice a day, morning and evening. Massage 2-3 pumps of the Serum into the face and neck until absorbed. Follow with 2-3 pumps of the Accelerator. If you have dry skin and use a moisturiser, apply after the serum and accelerator.
Another big plus for me about AnteAGE® products is that they are 100% cruelty, cell, paraben, and pathogen free.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend AnteAGE® MD for anyone looking to combat signs of ageing, reduce inflammation, and aid in the healing process should your skin require it. Using the serum and accelerator combined produces a much more potent effect on the site of application.
